How do I apply to Barleti University?
Applying to study in English at Barleti University takes three steps: complete the online application, pay the application fee, then receive your Pre-Admission Letter. That letter is the basis for your next stages — a Type D student visa and, after you arrive, a residence permit. Admission usually takes one to three weeks.
What are the steps to apply?
Apply online
Complete the online application form and submit your admission documents — passport or ID, diploma, academic transcripts, proof of English proficiency, a police clearance certificate and a CV — to the International Students Office.
Pay the application fee
Pay the application fee so your application can be processed. Documents that are not issued in English may need to be officially translated and legalised.
Receive your Pre-Admission Letter
Once the fee is paid, the university issues your Pre-Admission Letter. You use it to apply for your Type D student visa and to begin the next stages.
How long does admission take?
The admission process usually takes between one and three weeks after all required documents have been submitted. Applying early is encouraged, as deadlines vary by intake and programme.
